I am so ashamed of the state of California….the overwhelming passage of Proposition 8 stuns me and I am so sad to realize how paranoia can control an entire population.

I don’t know what there is to say. How can such an evil thing have happened on a night when there was, otherwise, such sweeping change in a positive direction?
I listen some to Sirius OutQ, and the discussions there have been full of anger and resentment, but mostly full of heartbreak and deep sadness.
I suppose that there is no option but to turn around and go back to work to change what simply must change.
