So for those of you keeping track…yes I know there are literally scads of you who are well aware of all I do…:)

In just one week’s time I will have been mrs. Master for one year.  Last year at this time I was making you all put up with my romantic, gushy, at times hysterical panicked posts.  It is so hard to believe it’s been 358 days since I stood at the end of that aisle and saw only Him at the other end.  We watched the dvd this afternoon and I was so shocked at some of the things that went on that day – that I honestly have no recollection of.  I simply remember that smiling face waiting for me and the look of pride as He called me His own.

It’s been a year of intensity to say the least.  Between my health issues and family stuff on both sides and not one but two trips over seas…my little man leaving the nest, my teen graduating, Miss Annah joining our lives…the crap with the business…it’s been a ride.  and what a ride it’s been.

He is sleeping – curled up on the bed with the sheets tangled around His thighs.  We left the boys to watch the fireworks at Epcot and we came back to the hotel a few hours ago for some alone time.  Just pure vanilla alone time…because sometimes you just need to connect.  An hour ago I was settled between His thighs, enjoying Him so much…His hands wrapped in my hair – those most pleasant sounds coming from His throat.  Bliss.

Now He sleeps and the room smells of sweat and sex and Him.  I am awaiting the return of the boys – cause I am the mama who worries – and then I will rejoin Him as He pulls me close.  To listen to His heart under my ear and the whispers He speaks to me in the night.
